High Throughput Analyses with Sets

Make the task of performing analyses on a group of data easy. Simply create a set with the data and analyze them in one process.

To create a set of files for analysis, you can either :

1. Use the Upload function in File Manager to either:
  • upload a set of concatenated sequence files in FASTA format
  • add a single sequence to an existing set

2. Use one of the many set operation tools to create or modify contents of existing sets or files in your BioNavigator account
